Converting Quark or Indesign files to Publisher files

Is there a way to convert Quark or InDesign files into Publisher files? I am
currently using Publisher 2003.

Convert? No. But you try to do a copy and paste if you have Quark/InDesign
and Publisher on your system.

Copy/paste?

What choices do these applications have to save as? Might save as a PDF and
inserting into Publisher. Insert, Object, Adobe Acrobat Document. Once it is
inserted, select all, copy, delete the object, paste...

Nope, but you can convert Publisher files to Adobe InDesign CS3 using
Pub2ID from Markzware. http://www.markzware.com/pub2id/

Unfortunately I emailed too soon. The Pub2ID plugin works for converting
the Publisher files to InDesign, but not without "flaws". Those flaws
really have more to do with the way Publisher uses Windows to generate
different kinds of objects that simply don't exist in InDesign, let
alone on a Mac. So even then copy & pasting wouldn't really yield any
real usefulness other than being able to get the text from one to the other.

We're talking apples and fish here folks...
