Converting report "Workload Usage" to Excel?

hi all!

I am wondering if it is possible to convert the standard report "Workload
Usage" (or any other report) into Excel?
I do need that data editable and not just in print-form, as produced by a
non-visual report.
I tried playing around with the visual reports but i seem incapable of
producing that report within the visual reports-section.
