Converting SEQ fields to text

Does anyone know how to covert SEQ fields to regular text or how to find and replace these using the function by the same name? TIA.

Run a macro containing the following commands:

Dim afield As Field
For Each afield In ActiveDocument.Fields
If afield.Type = wdFieldSequence Then
afield.Unlink
End If
Next afield
