Converting Trial Version to Licensed Version

I have purchased a new computer together with a medialess license kit which
says "Office Small Business 2007 with Office Professional 2007 Trial". The
retailer told me to download the office trial from the Microsoft website. I
downloaded the Small Business Trial, activated it then tried to convert it
using the key from the above kit. The key was rejected as invalid. I then
uninstalled the Small Business Trial and downloaded the Office Professional
Trial. Again when I tried to convert this version the entered key was
rejected. I have checked very carefully for 8's and B', 0's and O's and am
certain that the entered key is as shown on the Product Key Card. What am I
doing wrong??? Help!!!!!

Did you purchase an "upgrade" or "full version" Office license?
A "full version" license is required to convert a trial version
of Office to a perpetual licensed version.

The Medialess License Kit states "For use only with a new Micosoft Office
Ready PC" - I assume therefore it is a "full version" Office License. Other
suggestions would be welcome..

Carey, I thought I had answered that question in my original post - "Office
Small Business 2007 with Office Professional 2007 Trial".
