Converting worksheet to template

I have an Excel worksheet that we used for tracking
financial transactions similar to a checkbook register,
and I need to use it for a new year.
Is there a way to remove the values of the cells, without
removing the formulas, and making the worksheet a template
to be used each new year? I could then load the template,
input the last months data, and have the worksheet then
process from that point forward. Thanks.

Michael, yes. All you have to do is delete the "hard" numbers (the numbers
you keyed in). The formulas will all show "0" (some may return errors such
as DIV/0). Then just save the file as a template.
