Converting .XLS to .XML

Hello,

I have an excel spreadsheet that I want to convert into .xml format.
Is there anyway to convert it automatically or will I have to use
in-program coding to accomplish this task. Thank you for any help.

No problem at all. Did you try File-->Save as? XML appears in my list.
