Converts Works 2.0 to Office XP

I have hunreds of documents written in Microsoft Works
for Mac 2.0 that I need to convert to WORD XP

What intermediary products or converters do I need to
accomplish this.

Or other suggests are welcome.

Late, but for the archives, cause I just discovered this existed. Same
company, link to their conversion program that runs on Windows...

Caveat for this particular case: says "read only" re Mac Works 2.0.
