I've put my first web site up with help from this newsgroup and a couple of
stacks of books.

Now I need more help

http://www.mcdonaldservices.com/referral.html page has several form fields
that I would like saved for the next time this user connects.

How can I save the first 10~11 fields if the user so permits?
