copied e-mail formatted wrong

I copied some e-mails to a directory on my c: drive, when I open the files they are formatted with the text and a bunch of garbage mixed in. They have an extention of .msg

How do I re-format them to look like the original e-mails I copied?

I must of selected the wrong format when I copied the files.

I no longer have the original e-mails, and need to print them.

Please Help!!!!!!
