Copies of Office on dual boot installation

If I create a dual boot on one machine (XP and Windows7 in this case), can I
re-install my existing copy of Office 2007 on the new partition I create for
Win7, or will the registration/licensing for Office 2007 force me to either
get a new copy, or uninstall the old XP copy?

The EULA allows for, depending on version, installation on a Desktop &
Portable Device, the actual legal interpretation depends to some extent on
your location
