Coping Color to Another Excel Version

I have a problem, I have around 100 Invoices made up in a lighter Grey than
excel has, I modified my own color to get light Grey, BUT if I copy and
paste or load it on to another user with excel my grey comes up YELLOW, Is
there a easier way for me to change all the color invoices on someone else's
excel to the same color as mine

How about Tools|Options|colors Tab
there's a box at the bottom to copy the colors from another (open) workbook.

So I have to highlight all the cells in the 100 Invoices to change the color
to Light Grey, so as it is the same as the original??
