Seems that the files from the Microsoft PowerPoint are not supported on the
Roxio program. How can I make the files transferable and still keep video,
audio, and animation? Please help.
Thanks.

You'll need to give us much more detail. What type of CD are you trying to
create? If you want to burn a CD with a presentation and all of its linked
files on it, you need to create a data CD, not a video or audio CD.

If you want to make an autorun CD, see
http://www.soniacoleman.com/Tutorials/PowerPoint/acdpc.htm. Or if you want to
do it manually, see http://www.echosvoice.com/autoruncd.htm

Thank you for your reply. I wanting an autorun CD.
So by either adding the 3rd party program or downloading the 2003 Viewer,
my Roxio CD Burner should be able to transfer all files linked up in the
presentation--correct?
I appreciate your help, as I know very little about computers.

Yes, Roxio will do it correctly if you give it the right instructions. The
thing is, there are are many "types" of CD's that you can create - - CD-ROM
(ISO) also known as a data CD, audo CD, Mixed Mode CD, video CD, Super Video CD,
etc. What you want to be sure to do is to burn a data CD. I'm pretty sure
that's what Roxio calls it. An autorun data CD requires a computer to access
the files. The others *can* run on a computer but it isn't required.

Just downloading the Viewer won't get you an autorun CD. You'll have to read
through the instructions in the link I provided. You have to gather together
all of the needed files and structure them in a specific way so that they will
run successfully from a computer.
