| It only focuses on the page you're working on at the time.
| Try this: with your web open but no pages open, click Tools > Web Settings,
| click the Advanced tab and then under Temporary files click the Delete files
| button.
| Then close FrontPage and do a windows search for files named *.web and
| delete all found.
| Then find *.tmp and delete all found.
| Then empty your browsers Temporary Internet and History files.
| Reopen FrontPage and see what happens.
