In the disk window, press CTRL+A. Press CTRL+C. In your new folder press
CTRL+V.

This is not an MS Office issue but an operating system basic. Open
Windows Explorer and then drag and drop the files from the floppy drive
to the location on the harddrive you want them copied to. If you have
