I have this formula in one book ='Page 2c'!C10+'Page 2c'!F10

When I copy it to another book it adds the name of the book I am copying from

='[c_534156_NCRRC_1130_2013.xlsx]Page 2c'!C10+'[c_534156_NCRRC_1130_2013.xlsx]Page 2c'!F10

How can I copy this formula and have it refer to the current book?

Thanks

Copy only the text of the formula and paste INTO a cell in the other workbook. Here's how:
  1. Select the cell the formula is in
  2. Press F2 key
  3. Shift + Home
  4. Ctrl-C
  5. Esc key
Select the cell in the other book where you want the formula to be pasted
  1. F2 key
  2. Ctrl-V
  3. Enter key
