copy and paste from an email

A co-worker of mine is having trouble copying text from an email to a word
document, Iam able to do this on my machine, I have tried to search for this
but had no luck.

Pat Willener

Certain add-ins can stop Copy from working correctly. Try starting
Outlook in Safe Mode (Start -> Run -> outlook /safe) to see if the
problem disappears.
