copy and paste functions

I have a spreadsheet that I need to send out to a
distribution, but I want to disable the copy and paste
functions so they can't save it to their computer and make
changes. Is this possible?

If you send your worksheet in the body of the mail your users can only see it and not
edit it.

Send me anything but a concrete block with data chiselled into it and I can
get it changed.

Is the distribution for information only?

Can you just change any formulas to values and send that?
