Copy and Paste into different application

I am trying to copy data from an Excel spreadsheet into an accountin
application.
The problem is that after the last cell of the row is pasted, I need
return to be entered. The program will accept the enter key, o
pressing the ctrl-E keys.

Is there anyway of "embedding" this into the last cell in a row???
