"copy and paste" into my email?

I can no longer "copy and paste" into an e-mail. I used to be able to use
this feature to place into my text items from the web, word documents,
excel etc. I can no longer do this, and everything must be an
"attachment",.
I cannot copy from the web and paste into email as well, only can paste
into word documents.
This is true from whether I use my firefox, or internet explorer.
Used to work just fine.

You would need to switch to HTML format instead of TEXT, if you want to
paste graphics in the body of the e-mail. (look in help for the
particular application for info)
