Outlook 2002. This a recent problem. When copying from
either word or an outlook file paste does not work unless
the destination file is open when the copying is done.
Example: copying an email address from contact A when
trying to paste it into contact B the email is gone
unless the second contact B was open when the copying took
place.
This seems to have started after an update.
