Copy and Paste Problem

When I copy and paste in Excel, Word, or Outlook, the paste is a screen shot.
In work and outlook I can get around it by opening the clipboard, but not in
excel. Any thoughts?

How exactly are you doing the copy? You should highlight the text and then
press Ctrl + C (or go to the Edit menu and select Copy. Go to your target
and press Ctrl + V or go to the edit menu and select paste. If you are
using the PrntScn key to copy and then pasting that would be your problem.

Let us know if this helps.

Ctrl + C, Edit menu, and right click all result in screen shot paste. This
started happening when I tested a trial version of the Amicus program. They
claim that nothing in their program would do this; however, it seems to be
some sort of add on that I cannot find or remove.

Thanks for responding back with the information. If you have uninstalled
the trial version, I can see no reason for this happening. If you have a
restore point prior to the date of the installation, you may try to restore
to that date. Hopefully someone else will have an idea and post here.
