Copy and paste subtotals

After using the subtotals function. How can I copy and
paste just the summary section of subtotal (I get to this
section by clicking the 2 button in the right margin)?

Any help is most appreciated.

Hi Jennifer,


Go to Edit -> Go To -> and choose 'special' in the "Go to "window.Then
choose "Visible cells only" in the next window.

This will choose only those rows which are visible which is only the
subtotals in your case.Then do a copy and paste it wherever you want.
