Copy and Paste

I would like to copy from one spreadsheet that has hidden rows, and paste to
another without showing me the rows I had hidden.

Hi Duncan

Select the range
F5>Special.. visible cells only
Ctrl-c
go to the other sheet
ctrl-v

- select your data
- hit F5, click 'Special' and choose 'Visible cells only'
- now copy and paste
