Copy Calendar Items to main calendar in Outlook Today

J

John Schenkel

When I open my Outlook 2002 under "Outlook Today" I have a Calendar tab and a
Calendar1 tab. The Calendar tab has no appointments or dates specified
inside of it, but my Calendar1 tab has all of my important calendar dates
listed out. In the Outlook Today window it shows nothing in the calendar
area because it only refers to the "Calendar" tab not the "Calendar1" tab.
Also when I sinc up my mobile Outlook it shows me as having to appointments
because it only looks at my "Calendar" items. How do I copy the "Calendar1"
items into the "Calendar" area? I am a novice when it comes to this
software, so any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks,
John Schenkel

To move the data into the correct folder, select all the items in the
"wrong" calendar (change to a table view such as By Category) then drag to
the correct folder.

Can you then delete the wrong folder?

Judy,

Once I figured out how to go to table view, I copied and pasted everything
to the correct calendar. Excellent advice! Thank you very much!

Although I've gotten used to looking in the 'wrong' calendar and moving
invites over to the 'main' calendar, how can I set it up so it doesn't go
there?

Or, how can I delete the 'wrong' calendar?

I'm sure it's a function of my rules that send it to the .pst with the
'wrong' calendar in it and then it lodges itself in the 'wrong'' calendar.
