copy column to another file

Hi
I have many file with six worksheet titeled: typeone-bob to typesix-bob.
I need to a macro, when run it on any worksheet, copy column "I" of any
worksheet to another file (box.xls) and set to column "I" to .....
respectively.

any help will be greatly appreciated.
