I could take a guess that you are referring to Contacts, in which case you
should ask the question in an Outlook newsgroup (or another newsgroup that
is appropriate to your question if you are not asking about Outlook). This
newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a relational database program.
When you ask the question in a forum in which advice is dispensed for free,
check spelling and punctuation before you post. If you can't take the time
to state the problem clearly, and to be sure your single sentence is spelled
correctly, you can be sure that a good number of the people who may be able
to help won't bother.
