Copy/Cut freezing in Microsoft Word

Recently, whenever I try to cut/copy something within Microsoft Word, it
freezes for about 20 seconds. Pasting does not take any time at all. I had
to copy and paste a lot between documents recently and somewhere along the
way, this problem started occurring.

In trying to isolate the problem, I figured out that cut/copy works fine if
I login as a different user. However, I tried moving/deleting different
folders within my user profile in the Appdata folder (Word, Office,
Templates) but nothing seemed to work.

I am running Microsoft Word 2007 with Vista Business.

Any permanent fix for this? I have a temporary fix. If you go int
your AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/Office/ folder, and delete the ACL files
it seems to work. I guess those are corrupted but I can't seem t
uncorrupt them
