Copy email addr. in Hyperlink in to new column

In my contact manager Worksheet there is an Email addr. column as Hyperlink data. It is required to make available these email addr. as Text and not Hyperlink so it can be imported into MS Outlook contacts. Is there a quick way of converting that full column to text Email addresses

Any help is appreciated
