copy email files from OL 2003 to OL 2003 on another Latop

Want to move my OL 2003 email files from one laptop to another, both using OL
2003, I am not a tehcnical user, is there a way that is simple to do it?, any
help please?

The best way to do this is simply to open the Outlook Data File (PST file)
from one installation in the other. (File > Open > Outlook Data File...).
Then copy whatever you want from one to the other.
