copy email powerpoint to a disk

My daughter created a power point presentation. She then emailed it to me in
an attachment. I opened this attachment and tried to save in my documents.
Which I think I successfully did this. Then I tried to copy this
presentation to a disk. Everytime I try this my computer says something
about 'disk not in use, insert disk' I need to get this done immediately as
she is coming over tomorrow morning to pick up this disk to take to a college
class.

Dear User,

I think this is not a powerpoint problem. You first check that your floppy
is damaged or not. You can confirm it by trying to copy any other file to
the floppy. If the floppy is damaged , use another one. Else repost your
message stating the conditions.

Are you trying to copy to a CD? If not, what kind of disk are you trying to
copy to?
