Copy emails and address book

Hello, are you able to copy all of your messages in your inbox and also all of your contacts in your address book to a cd?? I have outlook 2002

After making certain that you can view hidden files, do a search for file(s)
with a .pst extension. That/those files contain the info that you need to
copy to a CD.

I have multiple users on the computer, who all use outlook, i just do the same for each profile and all i need is the .pst file? it contains all messages in the inbox and also all addresses in the address book?
