copy file in value

Hi,

I have an excel file with about 40 worksheets containing a lot of links and
formulas. I want to create a copy of this file showing just the values (no
formula and links). Is there any way to copy the whole file as value.
Please send your reply to me at [email protected] or [email protected].

Thanks a lot.

Select what you want to copy. Then right click to select "paste
special" and select "values" only to obtain the values without the
formulars and links.

I know that I can do this some selection or for the whole worksheet but I

Right-click on a sheet tab and "select all sheets".

CTRL + a(twice in 2003) to select all cells.

Copy. Paste Special(in place)>Values>OK>Esc.

Ungroup the sheets by selecting any non-active sheet.

File>Save As and give it a name or just File>Save if you wish to overwrite the
original.
