Copy Folder Design - Permissions

Does anybody know if there is a way to copy permissions
from one folder to multiple folders quickly & easily? It
would appear that the Copy Folder Design method only
copies the permissions to one folder and these permissions
do not flow down through the folder structure.

This can be somewhat time consuming to setup when giving
users folder permissions to group mailboxes that have in
excess of 30 folders!

Any advice would be appreciated
