Copy Form to Word Document???

How can I have a Form show up in a word document?

How can I at least have the information appear???

Depending on what you really need, you could create a report based on the
form and then export it in .rtf format or you can do a mail merge in Word
based on the Query/table that feeds your form. as far as I know, you can't
put all of the formatting/data entry info into Word format

How much information? Just the data on the current form? You could set
bookmarks on the Word document, and use code like:
