Copy formula

I have data in multiple columns, I want to copy a formula that increases
current data by 10%. I cannot insert additional rows to compute the formula.
Without having to go into each cell and enter *1.10, how can I get that
formula part to copy across the columns?

put 1.1 in an empty cell, copy it, Select all the data cells to be
affected, Edit, Paste Special, Select the Operation Multiply, and click OK.
