copy/insert toolbar buttons

I would like to copy office toolbar buttonS into documents for training
purposes - high school level. BUT I can't seem to get an answer on where I
can find the artwork or how to copy it from the toolbars. I can move the
buttons from one toolbar to another but I can not get the modify button to
fire up on the TOOLS- Customize dialog box. WHERE CAN I FIND ARTWORK OF THESE
BUTTONS?

With all the yelling, I am not sure what you are asking.

However, with some guessing, each Office application provides you with the
needed art work if your intend is to show an operation in some manual or
instructional material.

ALT+Print Screens will copy the current window to your clipboard. You can
then paste the image from the clipboard into any image capable application.
If you paste into an image editing application, you can crop, add text
comments etc as you desire.
