Copy Links Outlook 2003

When I receive an email with a link to "Joes Garage" with the real http address hidden, I can hover my cursor over Joes Garage and see the real address, I can left click and send IE to the site. However what I can not do is hi-lite, RIGHT Click and copy for pasting into another application. It will save the name, but not the underlying address. Is there a setting I need to change??
