Copy mailflow when emails sent to specific IP

Hello,
our tasks of preventing data leakage, we need to filter the entire mail flow of the company going through O365. Is it possible to duplicate all mail messages (only outgoing) to a specific IP? Perhaps there is an option with a connector.

Please advice.
