copy n paste

i need to copy data from one sheet and paste the values in another. I
there an easy way to do it rather than right clicking selecting past
and then choosing values

you could record a macro for using Edit - Paste Special - Paste and
assign a shortcut to this macro

[toolbars][customize][command]{paste value}
