Copy of Microsoft Office is not Genuine

One of our users is getting the above message. We use Volume Licensing Keys
that are most definitely genuine. I've even reinstalled Office and it has
made no difference.
We are running Office 2003 Sp3

Time to call Micro$lut and beg to be able to use the software you paid
for. Ain't licensing grand?

Office 2003 SP3 is which version. SBE , STE ,Standard, Pro,etc and etc. Is the
computer that has this issue has the exact same version and SP level as does all the
others.How many is running under this same VL.

It's office 2003 Pro. There are multiple clients running the same version at
this user's site. We have approx 1000 users on the same VL

With that many users you should have a direct line to Microsoft. I'd
call and ask them.
