Copy outlook 2003 NOTES items

I have a large nbr of NOTES items from my Outlook 2003 in the laptop. How can
I copy from this laptop to another laptop ?? Is the Cut and paste the only
method o any other short cut method ? If so, this would save my tremendous
amount of time.

Copy the pst-file from one laptop to the other and connect to it via;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

You can now easily copy all your notes at once.
