I have had Office 97 on this machine for years. Suddenly, when I copy and
paste from another application (like a web site) into Word 97, all
formatting is lost. Everything becomes Times New Roman, 10, even though
where I copied it from might be colored, underlined, bold, bulleted,
multiple size fonts, etc.
This didn't use to be like this, I could copy/paste and all formatting
would remain.
I tried deleting any copy of normal.dot on the machine but still have the
problem.
Any ideas please?
