Copy & Paste Losing Colors

I am copying a formatted spreadsheet from Excel 2003 and pasting as an
"Enahnced Metafile" into Powerpoint. When I do this, I lose the font
colors. If I paste as a Bitmap then the colors come across just fine, but
the clarity is greatly reduced.

Please help...

Set a color printer as your default printer. Sounds wonky, but it does work.

What Echo says. And if copying as Picture, make sure the picture is
not sized >100% of original size since that will deteriorate the
quality.
