Using Outlook 2003 I highlight text in an email message, hit CTRL+C, then
open a new email message, but I am not able to Paste into the new message
using CTRL+V or 'Edit -> Paste' (the Paste function is grayed out). I can
select 'Edit -> Office Clipboard' and then paste from the clipboard, but I
need to be able to paste without using the Office Clipboard.
