Copy/Paste Problem

here is the formula =ROUNDDOWN((A2-G7)/365.25,0)
A2 should never change, yet when i try to copy and past it will go to
A3 A4 etc. Whats the problem?

Change the A2 reference to be absolute. i.e.

=ROUNDDOWN(($A$2-G7)/365.25,0)
