Copy/Pasting Data in a Workbook

I need to copy and paste data with formulas from one sheet into another sheet
within one workbook. I only want the numbers NOT the formula to paste into
the second sheet. Help! Thanks in advance.

Select to copy your data, then in the other worsheet :
R click> paste special > check values > ok.
enjoy it.

Select and copy the info you want. Go the the location where you want
to paste the information. Right click and select Paste Special.
Select Values from the dialog box and click OK.
