Copy Photo To Clipboard

I have a database that catalogs photos. The photos are located in varies
folders based on date taken, special events, etc. The photo name and path is
sorted in a table along with associated information. Knowing the path, is
there a way that I can click a button and copy the photo to the clipboard?
