Copy Picture Button uses Black and White

I am using the Copy Picture button in MS project 2003 to paste the Gantt
Chart into MS Word. When I do, the image always appears in Black and White
on one computer but color on another. Is there a way to set this to always
provide the color version of the Gantt Chart image?

Thanks!!!

It likely has nothing to do with Project since there is no setting like
this. It has to do with the differences of how each computer is setup
to display an image in Word. Word has all kinds of settings for this
depending on the view setup. Check in Help.

I think you will find if you print from Word (which is the purpose of
word), assuming both computers have printer drivers which print in
color, the image will print in color.

It also could be something to do with how the video drivers are setup,
but I think that likely.

Bottom line: probably nothing to do with Project.

Hi,

The Copy Picture window has three options
- For Screen (color)
- For Printer (depends on the driver of your standard printer, could be B/W)
- To GIF: always color whn I do it.
So avoid For Printer, it shopuld give a colorful output.
