Hi, I have registered MS Office copy on my desktop, now my desktop has been
changed can I install the same copy on my another desktop, or First I will
remove it from my first desktop

Without knowing the exact version ie retail or OEM there can be no definite
answer
If its OEM then no, if retail then yes, probably

I dont know either it is OEM or Retail version but it is MS 2007 and for
confirmation I installed it but when entered a product key for registration
online message appear the it is already installed.

I cheked it on my CD it OEM, I Would like to know that on how many desktop I
can install the same software, as tried it doesnot install on my new desktop,
but I must want to install it on my new desktop, How it is possisble, If it
requried to deinstall from the first desktop online and reinstall it on the
new, please give me the detail salution

You can't. OEM software is tied to the FIRST computer it is installed on.
You will need to buy another copy....
