Copy row

I want to copy the formulas and validation of the row above the cell i
changed, is this posible.

in other words
When i enter a date in collumn a (lastrow) (say this is row 10) i want the
formulas and validations coppied from row 9

I think I would copy the cell above first and then enter the date to
validate and calculate.
